FlyPrimeRoutes processes cancellation and refund requests based strictly on the airline’s fare rules. Each airline has its own policies, and eligibility varies depending on the ticket type purchased.
Many discounted fares are non-refundable, while some may allow refunds with deduction of airline fees. The final refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made.
Refunds are processed after the airline approves the request. The normal processing time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on airline and bank procedures.
If you choose to cancel through FlyPrimeRoutes, we will review your booking and submit the request to the airline on your behalf. You will receive updates regarding the status by email.
Service fees charged by FlyPrimeRoutes for booking or assistance are non-refundable. These fees cover our operational support and administrative services.
If a flight is delayed, rescheduled, or canceled by the airline, then refund eligibility or free date change options depend entirely on the airline’s operational rules.
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate bank accounts or cards.
Incorrect passenger details, no-show status, or violation of airline rules may result in a denied refund. Policies differ for every fare category and must be reviewed carefully.
FlyPrimeRoutes is not responsible for delays caused by airline systems, banks, or payment gateways during the refund process.
